Some Locals Visit

These Sandhill Cranes dropped by and posed for some pictures... We leave Lake Kissimmee State Park the end of the month and have loved our time here.

Vero Beach tour

We visited our friends Barry and Linda and got the full tour of Vero Beach... They have a love and a great sense of pride in what their home and city provide for them.  Here pictured is the Driftwood Inn.

This is one of many projects that Maureen dreams up and I get to do...the holidays are special to her and I get to share in her creativity!  I am going to cover the Home Depot legs with tree bark as soon as I can.

Our daughter and granddaughter appear to own the Magical Kingdom!  I took this picture at 9:30 am and requested that our princess have the castle for her very own....It was magical.

We take some games more serious than others...here Maureen is trying to add more points to her Buzz Lightyear score....I won 23,000 to 9500 but don't tell her I told ya!

Disney Time

In just 5 days we arrive at Disney World!  The gang is waiting on us...:>)

This will be our fourth trip and look forward to some down time at the campground.

Campground clue

This stone was used to build the Castillo de San Marcos and was quarried from the Campground where we are volunteering...

Here we see the stone in use....the workmanship has lasted hundreds of years.

We also "volunteered" to stay at our campsite which is only a 1/4 mile from the beach!
